攤鋪機(jī)在工地作業(yè)時(shí)需要注意的事項(xiàng)

1、作業(yè)時(shí)須在機(jī)器起步后才下降鏟刀或松土器，使之慢慢加上負(fù)荷，否則將會(huì)引起起步困難，甚至損壞機(jī)件，為了避免過(guò)長(zhǎng)的空駛，可在起步前先將鏟刀或松土器下降至接近地面的位置。

2、盡量采用較大的回轉(zhuǎn)角，以使鏟刀單位長(zhǎng)度上具有較大的鏟切壓力。

3、當(dāng)土質(zhì)堅(jiān)硬時(shí)，可采用較小的鏟土角，以減少切削阻力；若想提高平整精度或物料和效果，鏟土角可稍調(diào)大一些。

3. When the soil is hard, a small shovel angle can be used to reduce the cutting resistance; If you want to improve the leveling accuracy or material and effect, the shovel angle can be slightly increased.

4、鏟刀回轉(zhuǎn)角，鏟土角和側(cè)引傾斜（機(jī)外傾斜）的調(diào)速須在停車(chē)時(shí)進(jìn)行，但鏟刀的左右引伸可在用業(yè)中進(jìn)行。

4. The speed regulation of blade return angle, shovel angle and side lead tilt (external tilt) must be carried out when parking, but the left and right extension of the blade can be carried out in the industry.

5、鏟刀升降時(shí)，應(yīng)逐漸扳動(dòng)左右升降操縱桿，但不呆調(diào)整過(guò)多。否則機(jī)器會(huì)超載打滑，造成作業(yè)面呈波浪形或高低不平。
