Open each transmission chain cover once a week and apply a small amount of lubricating grease to the chain. Clean the chain every 300 hours of operation.

每班工作結(jié)束后，將混合料存?zhèn)}中的物料排放干凈，切斷總電源，打開攪拌器的上蓋，檢查攪拌臂與葉漿的緊固情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)螺母松動(dòng)應(yīng)立即擰緊，以免葉漿脫落造成事故;清洗或清除設(shè)備中各處所粘附的物料，以免物料粘結(jié)硬化，影響設(shè)備的正常使用。
